By booking a service with FinishLine Details, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All services are by appointment only and subject to availability. We do our best to arrive on time and deliver high-quality results, but appointment times may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, or job complexity. We will notify you if there are any delays or schedule changes.


Prices listed on the website or shared through promotions are starting prices. Final pricing may vary depending on the size and condition of your vehicle. We will always confirm the final cost before starting any work. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, card, or electronic payment options as listed on our site or discussed directly.


We ask that your vehicle be easily accessible and parked in a safe, legal area where we are allowed to work. If we are unable to perform the service due to safety concerns, lack of access, or severe weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.


FinishLine Details is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to worn fabrics, loose trim, or fragile surfaces. We use safe, professional-grade tools and products, and we always treat every vehicle with care. If you have any specific concerns about your vehicle's condition or certain areas you’d like us to avoid, please let us know before the service begins.


By using our website and booking services, you acknowledge and accept these terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. If you have questions or need clarification, feel free to reach out to us directly before your appointment.

Refund Policy

At FinishLine Details, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We do not offer refunds once a service has been completed, as the time, labor, and products used cannot be recovered. However, if you are not satisfied with the results of your detail, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment. We’ll do everything we can to make it right, whether that means touching up a missed area or working with you to find a fair solution.


We encourage all customers to review the final results of their vehicle before we leave. If there is anything you would like us to go over again or pay more attention to, we are more than happy to do so on the spot. We want you to feel confident in the quality of our work.

In cases of cancellation, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel with short notice or no-show, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the situation and the time that was reserved for your service.
